Why Championship Education?
Most (if not all) want to be the best they can be but need a source of fresh ideas to keep their school on the cutting edge of continuous improvement. We believe that there are many reasons for the current decline in enrollments in many Christian schools around the country. One of the biggest is NOT just the economy (we acknowledge that a bad economy doesn’t help) but the lack of aggressive “know-how” to COMPETE TO WIN. Many businesses, organizations and even schools are still flourishing in spite of the economy. We believe that just as in the world of athletics where participants continuously and aggressively train to win, so organizations, and in particular, Christian schools must learn better how to “train” to WIN! Ideas like continuous improvement, change, innovation, technology, benchmarks, statistical analysis and much more must be incorporated at a very high level to remain competitive (and viable).
