We come to you, on site, to discuss your situation(s) and context to help YOU discover what you can do to enhance, improve and radically alter not only your performance but also your image in the community. On-site workshops, teacher training (approved by FACCS for in-service points) as well as fresh and innovative thought provoking discussions to improve your process. We can help you with understanding your context in the light of local and state-wide comparisons of how other schools are doing – data that serves as a starting point – to help you forge a path from where you are today to achieving where you want to be a year or two from now. In fact, in our very first visit we present to you as a gift from us a portfolio containing charts, tables and graphs to enhance this information. Should you choose to continue with us in a professional partnership, this portfolio will serve to be the beginning of your self-improvement process that will result in a minimum of a 10% growth in enrollment and revenue within two years.
